Legal notice

Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts located within the jurisdiction of Tirana, Albania. By entering into this Agreement, the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of and venue in such courts for all such disputes, and waive any objections thereto based on any grounds, including but not limited to inconvenient forum or lack of personal jurisdiction.
